Terms of Service

OfflineContent · Last updated: 31 May 2026

These Terms govern your use of OfflineContent ("the Service"), operated by Flames Media, a sole proprietorship based in Denmark. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

OfflineContent turns long-form video you provide into short vertical clips with subtitles, and — when you connect an account and ask it to — schedules or publishes those clips to third-party platforms such as TikTok and YouTube.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Your content & rights

You retain ownership of the source video you submit and the clips you create. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process and store that content to provide the Service. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the source video and to publish the resulting clips. Do not use the Service with content you do not have the right to use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to process or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, or that violates the rules of any platform you publish to. You must comply with the terms of TikTok, YouTube/Google, Twitch, and any other platform you connect. You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or attempt to circumvent the metering or security of the Service.

5. Credits & billing

Processing is metered in credits. One credit corresponds to one minute of source video processed (for example, processing a 60-minute VOD consumes 60 credits). Credits required for a job are based on the source video's duration as read from the source platform, and are charged when you start processing. If you do not have enough credits, the job will not start. Credit prices, plan limits, and any free allowance are shown in the Service and may change with notice.

6. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs under your authorization. We are not responsible for those platforms, their availability, or their decisions (including content moderation or account actions). Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Intellectual property

The Service software, design, and trademarks are owned by Flames Media. These Terms do not grant you any rights in them beyond using the Service as intended.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that output will be error-free or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flames Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension & termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain data may be retained or deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes are subject to the competent Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections you may be entitled to.
